Isenhonr, Jr./Zoning Administrator .c~.j'~ <br />SUBJECT: Zoning Reference Books; Setting a Fee <br />DATE: September 28, 1982 <br /> <br />The Zoning Department has formulated and compiled a Zoning Reference Book <br />that we feel will be helpful to Connty Agencies, Officials, Realtors and <br />re other individeals dealing with laad related interests in Cabarrus <br />County. <br /> <br />The department bas had quire a few inquiries for these reference books, <br />therefore we would like ~o request that tim Board of County Commissioners <br />set a fee for them ~o enable us to make them available ~o the public. <br /> <br />Based upon the cost of the basic materials to produce the original copy <br />plus printing, the department suggests that a fee of $10.O~be set for <br />each copy if acceptable to tbe Board. z,~ <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance in tbis matter. <br /> <br />pds <br /> <br /> <br />
