(13) Plaus of proposed utilities layouts (e~g. water <br /> and sewer lines) showing connections to existing <br /> or proposed utility systems must bear the stamp of <br /> approval of North Carolina Department of Natural <br /> Resources and Community Development. The submission <br /> of the final plat will require a letter fro;n the <br /> North Carolina Division of Nealth Services signifying <br /> that the community well system is to standard and <br /> that it will be maintained by the public agency from <br /> the time tbe plat is approved and recorded. The <br /> sysnem must meet the minimum requirements of ~he <br /> North Carolina State Regulations, ~he submission <br /> of the final plat wi].l require a letter of final <br /> approval signifying that the systems built (e.g. <br /> the engineering plans) must meet the state requirements. <br /> <br /> (14) Location of ali. garbage receptacles. <br /> (15) Location of major identification signs. <br /> <br /> (16) Signatures of person(s) or firm(s) responsible for <br /> the plan. <br /> <br />G, Registration: <br /> The operator of each mobile home park shall keep an accurate <br /> register containing a record of all occupanns and owners of <br /> mobile homes in the park. The operator shall keep the register <br /> current, and all entries for the previous three (3) years <br /> available for inspection at all times by authorized county <br /> representatives. The register shall contain the following <br /> information: <br /> <br /> (1) Name and permanent address(es) of owner(s). <br /> (2) Space number in which each m. obile hob:ne is parked. <br /> (3) Date of entering park. <br /> -(4) Date of leaving park. <br /> <br /> (5) ,'~obi].e home park operator shall in~mec]iately notify the <br /> Cabarrus County Inspections and Tax Departments when <br /> any mobile home is registered and space is rented or <br /> leased. <br /> <br /> .~-*'obile Home Sales in ~!obile Home Parks: <br /> it shall be unlawful to sell on a commercial basis :;~ob~le <br /> homes or trailers within mobile ho~ne pa~rks unless the homes <br /> are to be immediately occupied within the park. <br /> <br /> <br />
