Conflict with Other Ordinances and Regulations: <br /> When anot~-er appiicabl~ regulation, ordinance, or statute <br /> imposes more restricnive regulations than these contained <br /> in this ordinance, ~he more restrictive regulations shall <br /> govern. <br /> <br />L. Basic Ste~os ~o Fellow in _Mobile Home Or~!inance~ <br /> <br /> (!) Mobile Home Park approval treated similar to subdivision <br /> process. <br /> <br /> (2) Submit preliminary plat to Planning Department to ~-e <br /> approved by the Planning Board. <br /> <br /> (3) Approved preliminary plan goes to the Board of Adjustment <br /> Conditional Use. <br /> <br /> (4) The final plat will contain elements of approved pre- <br /> liminary plan and additional conditions of Board of <br /> Adjustment, which will be presented to the Planning <br /> Board for final approval. <br /> <br /> If all improvements are not complete, a Performance Bond of <br /> Surety must be p~sted for a period not to exceed one (1) <br /> year. In extenuating circumstapces burden of proof on the <br /> ~eveloper, an extension may be granted by the Planning Board <br /> for a specific number of months. Improvements must be <br /> completed prior to the placement of any mobile borne in a <br /> park. If all improvements are not completed prior to the <br /> placement of mobile homes in a park, the developer shall <br /> post a cash bond, obtain a surety bond, or a letter of <br /> irrevocable credit from a bank lending institution approved <br /> by the Planning Department. This bond will be in the amount <br /> of one hundred thirty (130) percent of nhe cost as determined <br /> by the Planning Department or County Engineer or a Regisnered <br /> North Carolina Civil Engineer worki{~g in conj~unction wi[b <br /> <br /> ]! <br /> <br /> <br />
