Tile following portion of Cabarrus County is granted unto <br />Royal Service Company: <br /> <br /> Said franchise is granted within the following boundaries: <br />BEGI~NiNG at the center of the Old Concord-Salisbury Road and the <br />Rowan-Cabarrus County line and running thence with said Road in a <br />Sontherly direction to Brantley Road; thence down the center of <br />Brantley Road in a Westerly direction to 1-85; thence Southwest <br />with 1-85 to the Concord City Limits; thence West with the Concord <br />City Limits to the Southern Railroad tracks; thence North with tile <br />Southern Railroad tracks to Rogers Lake Road or where Rogers Lake <br />Road extended Eastward would cross said tracks; thence West with <br />Rogers Lake Road to Buffalo Creek; thence with Buffalo Creek S. <br />300 feet; thence Northwesterly a line 300 feet Southwest o£ and <br />parallel with Rogers Lake Road to the Boy Scout Camp Road; thence <br />300 feet South of the Mooresville Road in a Westerly direction to <br />tile Township 3 and Township 4 line; thence with the Township line <br /> <br />N~ to Rowan County; thence with tile Rowan-Cabarrus County line in an <br />E~sterly direction to the BEGINNING. <br /> <br /> B.
