However~ the bill was not forwarded from the Human <br /> Resources Committee. This year several counties in conjunction with the Associ- <br /> ation of County Commissioners are again attempting to ge't this law modified. <br /> <br /> Attached is a copy of a draft letter we prepared for Cumberland <br /> County's use, We su§§est that you join this action and use the draft letter <br /> as appropriate. <br /> <br /> <br />
