Counties to recover Indirect cos~ on ce~nln federal public <br />hMlh or mental health ~an~. ~ (a) The Departmen~ of Human Resources <br />~h~ll inclt~de in SL~ cost aUocation plan applicable ~ public health or men~} health <br />~n~ from the federal government to the S~ or any of i~agencies, pre~ared <br />pu~uant to Federal blanagement Circular 74-4 or any successor thereto, indirect <br />c0s~ incurred by counties acting as subgrantees u~der such gran~ or otherwise <br />p~vlding sea, ices to the D~partment with regard ~ s~ch gran~ t0 the full <br />~z~nt ~rmit~d by the ~ianagement Circular.
