The purpose of the exclusive permit/franchise <br /> request is to obtain Phillip Merris' commercial roll-~ff <br /> container business. It is my recommendation t~ the <br /> Board of Commissioners that they be awarded such franchise <br /> rights with the provisimn that such rights ~nly entitle <br /> them to bid for Philtip Morris' r~ll-~ff centainer <br /> business and that if they are unsuccessful in obtaining <br /> this business, the franchise will be reveke~. <br /> <br /> Please notify me of the meeting date that this will be <br /> on the agenda of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> Attachment <br /> <br /> <br />
