A~ ORDINANCE ESTAB[,ISHINC LICENSING FEES IgOR SECONDtIAND PRECIOUS METAL BUSINESS <br /> <br /> WtlEREAS, pursuant to Chapter [53A, Sect{on 121, of tile Gener,nl Statutes <br /> of North Carolina, a county may by ordinance define, regulate, prohibit or abate <br /> acts, omissions or conditions detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of its <br /> citizens and tile peace and dignity of the county. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, tile County Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County he[eby <br /> adopts tile following ordinance: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Secondhand [~reclous metal businesses shall pay a License fee <br /> or ~ z~D ~o <br /> DOLLARS ($ ) per year; <br /> <br /> said license to be obtained [rom the Tax Collector OfficJ <br /> <br /> of Cabarrus County on. or before the 1st day of January of each year. <br /> <br /> This license fee is.due and payable for each successive year. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
