The committee <br /> shall determine the manner of disposi-tion of the real <br /> property consistent with all legal requirements. <br />5. Duration, Amendments and Modifications <br /> <br /> This Agreement shall be effective un~it amended or ~ermi.~ated <br /> according to its terms. This agreement may be modified, <br /> amended or ter~niaated at any time through the unanimous action <br /> by the Participating Units. <br /> <br />6. Addition or Withdrawal of Governmental Units <br /> <br /> Any additional county or city may be included in the <br /> Cabarrus-Rowan Park Commission and become a party co this <br /> agreement by adopting and execu~leg this agreement and with <br /> the unanimous approval of the Participating Units then party <br /> ~o this Agreement. Such additional governmental units shall <br /> be governed hy the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> Any Participating Unit may terminate its participacton <br /> <br /> in this agreement and withdraw from the Commission by g~ving <br /> one year's written notice to all other Participating Units of <br /> intent to withdraw fr~n the Commission, which withdrawal may <br /> only be effective as of the June 30th next occurring ac or <br /> after the expiration of the one year notice period. <br /> <br /> 7. Effective Date <br /> This agreement shall become ef[ective when dul~ approved <br /> amd executed by and on behalf of Cabarr~s and Rowan Counties. <br /> <br /> <br />
