In the past (up through December, 1980) tbe
county was allotted so many positions - we are currently allotted 59 positions to
fill in the program - and the staff monitoced the money spent each month. If there
appeared to be an excess of monies, additional people (over the allotted number of
59) could be bited in order to spend the money. Now DET says that we must maintain
our level of 59 people and nor be concerned with the unspent money.

Steve Gainey and Pat Hough, the Youtbwork Connselors, attended a Reality Therapy
Course ar N.C.
