Operation and Maintenance. Property acqnired or developed <br />with assistance [rom the Fnnd shall be operated and maintained as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The property shall he maintained so as Lo appeac <br /> aCtractive and inviting to tile puhllc. <br /> <br /> 2. Sanitation shall be kept at reasonable standards for <br /> pnblic nsc. Fire Prevention, life guard services, and similar <br /> activities shall be maintained in accordance with applicable State <br /> and local public health standards. <br /> <br /> 3. The facility shall be kept open for poblic nsc at <br /> reasonable hours and times of the year, according to the type of area <br /> or facility. <br /> <br /> E. ^vailahility to Users. Property acquired or developed wi. ih <br />assistance from the Fnnd shall be open to entry and use by all persons, <br />regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, or residence who are <br />otherwise eligible according Lo reasonable published rules applicable to <br />the property involved. <br /> <br /> F. Basic Changes in Recreational Use.
