Is is anticiQated <br /> that we will exceed the currant budget appropriation in /%ccount ._XMmber ~45, <br /> autcmotive supplies, due to the increases in the cost of .fuel. We are also <br /> e>cperlencing extraordinary expenses in Account Number 540, heavy equi[zment <br /> maintenance, and we anticipate t_hat we %gill exceed the current budget allo- <br /> cation. <br /> <br /> The Board also recommended the allocation of $3,100 to purchase a 10,000 <br /> gallon _6ael ~mlk in the amoua%t of $2,580 - $300 for pump and wiring and $220 <br /> for sand and stone to surround the toalk upon btlrial. <br /> <br /> The Board recofimended that an additional appropriation be made to meet the <br /> unexq>ected expenses frcm the general fund or to transfer m~]ey from the <br /> escr~¢ account for replacement of heavy equipment. <br /> <br /> Please let me kn~g if you have any further questions regarding t_his matter. <br /> Sincerely yours, <br /> <br /> Albert J.
