Statutes of North Carolina; and <br /> <br /> I~IEREAS, Article 21: of Chapter 122 of the General Statutes of North <br />Garo]ina requires that any authority established thereto|der be kno~a] as <br /> <br />that any board established thereunder |)e kno~] as an "Area b~ental ]iea] th, <br /> <br /> N}H,iRIQkS, the Boards of Couaty Commissioners of tile aforesaid three <br />counties ~,ish to modify that joint resolution of April 1, .[974, in order to <br />comply with Article 2F of Chapter 122 of the General Statutes of North Carolina <br /> <br /> NOW, Tt~EI{EFORE~ be it resolved jointly by the Boards of County Commisslone <br />of Cabarrus County, Stanly County, and Union Connty that that joint resolution <br />deled April 1, 1974, of these three Boards of County Commissioners be modified <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The term "Area 1.1entel Health Board" shall be deleted therefrom and <br /> <br />shall be substituted in lieu thereof. <br /> <br /> 2. The term "Area Hental t{ealth DJ_rector" shall be deleted therefrom <br /> <br />and tile term "Area ~lental l[ealth, }iental Retardation, and Substaace A|)use <br /> <br /> <br />
