FACT SHEET <br /> <br /> SR# 1453 - Formerly known as North Drive at the time the petition <br /> was first circulate~gned. <br /> <br /> The road name has since been changed to Lucky Drive by <br /> petition and Board of Commissioners' action. <br /> <br /> The formal notifications have not been completed, i.e., <br /> post office, emergency services, and sign department etc., <br /> so for the purposes of these proceedings the road will <br /> be referred to as North Drive/Lucky Drive along with <br /> the State Road number of 1453. <br /> <br />1_ The petition was formally Validated on January 26 1981 <br /> (a) Property o~ers effected - 18 <br /> (b) Property o~ers participating - 15 or 83.3% <br />2. Total footage no be paved - 3,186.7 ft. (both sides) or 1,593.35 ft.(CL' <br /> (a) Footage represented by owner participation 2,655.5 ft <br /> or 83.3% <br /> (b) Footage unsigned for - 541.2 <br />3. Amount of funds to be advanced to the State for project- $6,373.40 <br /> (a) Amount to be collected from property o~,mers- $5,291.00 <br /> (b) Amount contributed by Cabarrus County~-~z'~$1,~0-~ <br /> (to be repaid by assessment over a five <br /> year period + 12% per annum by non- <br /> participating property owners) <br /> <br />4. First public hearing set by Board of County Commissioners in <br /> their regularly scheduled meeting on February 2, 1981, <br /> to be held on ~arch 2, 1981 at i0:00 A.M. and will then <br /> determine if the County will participate financially. <br /> <br />5. If the Board of County Commissioners.decide that the County <br /> will participate, a preliminary resolution will be <br /> submitted to them for consideration and signature <br /> at the first public hearing and then the Planning <br /> Department will request that the second public hear- <br /> ing be scheduled for April 6, 1981 and be included <br /> on tbe Commissioners' agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />
