McGinnis, Manager <br /> Cabarrus County Administrative Office <br /> Post Office Box 707 <br /> Concord, North Carolina 28025 <br /> <br /> Re: Request for Special Use <br /> Permit <br /> <br />Mr. McGinnis: <br /> <br /> This letter is to advise that an application for a <br />Special Use Permit was denied by the Planning Board sitting in <br />regular session and at the conclusion of a public hearing for <br />same on February 11, 1981. <br /> <br /> The application was made by Mrs. Anna James of 1013 <br />Desoto Avenue of Kannapolis, North Carolina for the purpose of <br />building and allowing to remain, a carport constructed less than <br />ten (10) feet from the side property line. <br /> <br /> The application was made in accordance with Section VI-3; <br />Procedure of Special Use Permits as required in the "Residential <br />Miminum Lot Sizes" ordinance of Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> Copies of the application, letter submitted by Mrs. <br />James, field report and case overview are enclosed with this <br />letter. <br /> <br /> If further information is required, please advise. <br /> <br /> Director of Planning <br /> <br />WSCjr/pds <br />Enclosures <br />cc: Mr. Charlie B.
