McGinnis, County Manager <br />DATE: March 11, 1981 <br /> <br />At the time of the award of the contract for the County service garage, <br />the Board of Co~mnissioners did not award the contract for the sewer <br />septic tank proposal and instead requested the architect to get pcices <br />for hooking sewer to the Philip Morris sewer line. Additionally, <br />the Board did not approve an appropriation for the hook-up to the water <br />line with the Board of Light and Water as well as the necessary pipe from <br />the tap point ~o the service garage building. The total of these items <br />is $10,798.74 The Board would need to appropriate $10,798.74 from the <br />Commissioners' Contingency Fund to Capital Construction-Service Garage. <br /> <br />frs <br /> <br /> <br />
