As only three individuals did noc pay their share <br />of the road paving voluntarily, only three individual property <br />ers n~ed be assessed. <br /> <br /> If the Board of Commissioners assess these properties, the <br />Resolution Confirming Assessment Roll For Local Improvements should <br />be executed. Each asse§smenn is a-liefifon the properuy and will be <br />handled by the'Counky Tax Collector as such.
