Box 707 <br />Concord, NC 28205 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. McGinnis <br /> <br />Subject: Requested Relocation of Duke Power Company's <br /> Roberta Mill Line <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of your site plan with Duke Power Company's tran- <br />mission lines and rights-of-way superimposed on it. <br /> <br />The present location of the Roberta Mill Line is outlined, on the <br />attached site plan, in green. Duke Power Company would be willing <br />to relocate this line to the proposed location, as outlined in red, <br />at no cost to Cabarrus County, if <br />granted to Duke Sower Company. The outside limits of this easement <br />are outlined in yellow on the attached site plan. <br /> <br />tf this proposal meets your approval, please send us a letter stating <br />this approval as soon as possible.
