We are including the original <br />grant estimate along with our estimate of v~at we feel the actual <br />construction cost would be based on our recent bidding experience. <br />The major area of cost increase appears to be in the area of grad- <br />ing mid grassing. There also has been a substantial increase in <br />the cost of ?oituminous paving. <br /> <br />The third column reflects the cost estimate for the revised Master <br />Plan as approved by the Recreation Committee.
