Box 707 <br />Concord, N.C. 28025 <br /> <br />Dear Mr.' McGinnis: <br /> <br /> At its February meeting the Cabarrus Couaty Board of Health passed a <br />resolution regarding their concern over the water and sewer situation in Cabarrus <br />County.
