Chandler, Jr./Director of Planning <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Validation of Paving Petition and request for a <br /> Public Hearing on Hardwood Lane, SR #1856 <br /> <br />DATE: May 12, 1981 <br /> <br />The residents of Hardwood Lane, SR #1856, located in township <br />four (4), have submitted a signed petition requesting financial <br />assistance from the County to pave the above stated road through <br />the Participative Paving Program. <br /> <br />The petition was formally validated by Mrs. Peggy Starr on May 11, <br />1981 by researching the petition information utilizing County <br />records in the Tax Supervisor's office and the Register of Deeds <br />office for verification~ <br /> <br />Therefore, the Planning Department requests that a public hearing <br />be scheduled for June 1, 1981 during the County Commissioners' bi- <br />monthly meeting. This hearing is to determine if the County will <br />participate financially in the paving of this road. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter. <br /> <br />pds <br /> <br /> <br />
