Chandler, Jr./Director of Planning [~ja~ <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Citizen Participation Plan Revision for the <br /> Sidesto~n/Shankletown Co~nunity Development <br /> Block Grant Application <br /> <br />DATE: June 10, 1981 <br /> <br />The Department of Housing and Urban Development advised <br />that is is necessary to revise the Citizen Participation <br />PLan (CPP) as the existing CPP is directed towards the <br />Bethel Cm~rdnity Development Program that has been com- <br />pleted. HUD has, revised their thinking as to the composi- <br />tion and extent of citizen participation and the attached <br />revised CPP follows their suggestions.
