This is based on our <br />analysis of your projected budget prior to receiving your proposals on May 28. <br />Please consider these figures carefully noting that the lowest price received <br />will definitely allow more meals per day for your project. <br /> <br />As we move through this process and your Boards make decisions, please notify <br />us promptly since your decision may affect other counties. <br /> <br />Remember that a bid must be accepted within.forty-five (45) days of the date of <br />opening of the bids.
