The Board of Co~missioners for the County of Cabarrus, North <br />Carolina, met in regular session in Concord, North Carolina, at <br /> <br /> o'clock a.m. on the day of , 19 <br /> Present: <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br /> B. S. Brown, Jr., representing the Royal Oaks Sanitary District, <br />presented the following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> TERRITORY TO ROYAL OAKS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 'BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF <br />CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners for the Co~nty of <br />Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That on a resolution was received <br />from the Sanitary District Board of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District <br />relating to the annexation of territory to the Royal Oaks. Sanitary <br />District. <br /> <br /> (b) That the territory described in the petition consists of <br /> <br />the property of Hallmark Homes, Inc. <br /> <br /> (c) That the petition was signed by all property owners within <br />the area requested to be annexed. <br /> <br /> (d) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br />required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of <br />North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Royal Oaks <br />Sanitary District be taken so as to annex t~e territory described in <br />the petition unto the Royal Oaks Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (e) That it is for the best interest of the Royal Oaks Sanitary <br />District and the territory requested to be annexed unto the Royal Oaks <br />Sanitary District that said territory be included within the boundaries <br /> <br /> <br />
