C^BARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> A-95 Activities <br /> <br />Received <br />COG #82-002 Cabarrus CD Application <br />COG #82-013 UDAG Eligibility Determination for Concord <br /> <br />.Si~ned Off <br />SCH #81-1591 Initial Operations Grant <br />SCH #81-1656 Childho~d Lead Poisoning <br /> <br /> Public Safety Activities <br /> <br />-Met with Charles McGinnis, County Manager, and explained the CPR training for <br />the Cabarrus County employees and obtained his support for the project. <br /> <br />-Met'with Ben Mabry, EMS DirectOr for Cabarrus County, and discussed the CPR <br />project for Cabarrus County workers. <br /> <br />-Assisted Cabarrus Emergency Manager in implementation of standard ambulance <br />call rep6rting system. <br /> <br />-Provided ambulance salary survey information to Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> Management and Fiscal Assistance <br /> <br />-Reviewed the Concord risk management study - trip to Concord to review insurance <br />to determine changes that have occurred since the Study was done. Discussed <br />these changes with J, L. Greeson and drafted memo to J. L. Greeson explaining <br />these changes as welt as what would be involved to hire us to begin the con- <br />tinuing services program. <br /> <br /> <br />
