Vitale, Jr., Vitale Fireworks Mgs. Co., Inc., P.O. Box <br />New Castle, Pennsylvania 16103 is the pyrotechnician for this event. ~hclosed <br />is a copy of the insurance policy provided us by Mr. Vitale. <br /> <br /> We would appreciate the Board of County Commissioners providing us ~lth <br />the proper permit for this event.
