Therefore, <br /> agreements have been drawn up and signed by the Commissioners. <br /> <br /> 1Ye realize that situations occur from time to time that ot~r resonrces <br /> could not effectively handle. However, a combined effort with our neighbors <br /> could probably take care of the problem. Perhaps your County feels the same <br /> way. <br /> <br /> Hnclosed you will find two {2} original mutual aid agreements. The <br /> prototype in the North Carolina Oisas~er Relief and Assistance Plan was <br /> used as a format for this agreement. <br /> <br /> ~e are requesting' that the enclosures be given consideration for <br /> endorsement. S!~uld you have a problem with wording, we will be happy to <br /> consider yot~r proposal. ~e want to be able to provide the bast possible <br /> resources to our citizens in time of disaste~ as 2 am sure is your goal. <br /> <br /> If yon concnr wi~h the enclosure, please signatoro in the appropriate <br /> places.
