Requested county to appoint cc~ittee. <br /> <br /> Human Service Activities <br /> <br />Aqin~ <br /> <br />- For Title V (Cc~munity Services Employment for the Elderly): <br /> <br />- Provided technical assistance to LIFE Center (Cabarrus) on Title V opera- <br /> tions, budgets, audits and reports. Two separate meetings were held with <br /> Center staff and Board members on August 5th and 20th. <br /> <br />- Collected monthly fiscal and program reports from lead agencies and <br /> prepared regional reports to DOA. Closed out FY tgBo-~l Title V project <br /> and submitted final report to HCDOA, <br /> <br />Aaina ~lutrition <br /> <br />- Prepared information requested by auditors for LIFE Center for FY'80o <br /> <br />- Collected monthly program report from each contractor. <br /> <br />- Conducted on site III-C assessments. <br /> <br />- Collected monthly fiscal reports from each contractor, reviewed and prepared <br /> disbursements.
