Officer for the CETA <br /> Youthwork Program, The State has indicated that a more appropriate <br /> appointment as the E.E.O. Officer would bm a casework counselor in <br /> the CETA Youthwork Program. Therefore, it is recommended that <br /> Mr. Johnnie Jones, a counselor for the CETA Youthwork, be appointed <br /> ms the E.E.O. Officer for the CETA Program. <br /> <br /> <br />
