Boger, who served <br /> as a representative to the Planning and Zoning Commission for the extra- <br /> territorial area, is ineligible to continue serving as a result of annexation. <br /> Therefore, the City Council, a~ their regular meeting on November <br /> appointed Mrs. Boger to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Frank Dusch, who <br /> was successful in his bid for Alderman for Ward Three. <br /> <br /> In light of the above, we are requesting that you inform the County Commissioners <br /> that a request is made for their recommending another individual within <br /> the extraterritorial area to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> This recommendation will be considered by the City Council upon your <br /> presenting the individual.
