, i <br /> "P~E£OL UT!ON <br /> <br /> Than whereas, the Cabarrus County Planning Agency <br /> <br /> has prepareo a proposed Zoning Ordinance including both the <br /> full next of such ordinance and Zoning Atlas showing the <br /> Dromosed zon£ng districts and, <br /> <br /> Whereas, in an acc of approval, on April 15, 198! <br /> <br /> did make two (2) separate motions no send the propased Ordinance <br /> with Zoning Atlas uo the Cabarrus County Board of Com~nissioners <br /> for their consideratio~ and, <br /> <br /> Whereas, following the Official public hearings held <br /> <br />by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners as required in <br />G.S. !53A-323 on July 8th and 9th, 1981, the CaBarr~Js C~unty <br />Planning agency did institute changes in bo~h the ~r~se~ <br />Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Atlas. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Cabarrus County Planning Agency <br /> <br />does hereby resolve: <br /> <br /> A. That the proposed Zoning Ordinance with changes <br /> is hereby approved as indicated in the Planning <br /> Soard minutes including December 9, 1981. <br /> <br /> B.
