Seve/~anemia (hgb. less than <br /> 8 grams) and h~moglobinopathics. <br /> <br /> 18. Bleeding catastrophies of pregnancy. <br /> <br /> 19. Abnormal fetal presen%ations (breech and transverse lie). <br /> <br /> 20. Multiple pregnancy. <br /> <br /> 21. Polyhydramnios and oligohydramnios. <br /> <br /> 22.
