Chandler, Jr./Director of Planning <br /> <br />RE: Staff Investigation of the Proposed Abandonment <br /> of Roads by the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation <br /> <br />DATE: January 7, 1980 <br /> <br />As per the request of the Board of County Commissioners <br />at the December 1979 meeting to investigate the streets <br />and roads to be abandoned by the North Carolina Department <br />of Transportation, I report that all field work has been <br />completed but the exact resolution can not be tendered or <br />suggested by this office until another meeting can be <br />arranged with the DOT office. <br /> <br />At the January Cormnissioners' meeting I will report the <br />findings to the Board and put this information on a map <br />and offer a suggested resolution for consideration by the <br />Board. <br /> <br /> pds <br /> <br /> <br />
