Rowan County is interested in participating ~n <br />the preparation of such a joint application for consideration by both Cabarrus <br />and Rowan County Commissions. Please advise us of your interest in this <br />matter. ~e Rowan Municipal and County Planning staff is currently working <br />on an application for Rowan County Commissioners consideration.
