Chandler, Jr. / Director of Planning ~ <br />SUBJECT: Application for Section 18 - Transportation Grant Funding <br />DATE: February 4, 1980 <br /> <br />The Section 18 Transportation Grant has been submitted to the <br />Department of Transportation for consideration. Several changes in <br />this proposed work'schedule have been suggested by state officials <br />one of which extends the proposed time frame. ~ The funding for the <br />$12,000 is on a 90 % federal - 5 % state - 5 % local match <br />schedule. One-half of our local share should be reflected as a <br />cash contribution with the remainder being in-kind. This cash <br />amount should approximate $600.00. A copy of the minutes indicat- <br />in~ approval of this cash mo~unt'must be transmitted to the state <br />przor to the final consideration of our project. <br /> <br />jla <br /> <br /> <br />
