Cowan, Director~e,, <br /> Cabarrus County parks and Recreation Department <br /> <br /> Subject: Recommended Development, Priorities and Cost Estimates <br /> For the Comprehensive Park and Recreation Master Plan <br /> <br /> Attached is a preliminary draft of Chapter VII of the Comprehensive <br /> Park and Recreation Master Plan entitled "Recommended Development, <br /> Priorities and Cost Estimates". Hr. Gardner Gidle[will be attendin~g <br /> your February monthly meeting to ~these recommendations in an <br /> oral presentation. The recommendations were presented to the Park <br /> and Recreation Advisor~ Commission in Jan~Z.~ approved una-nimousl~y. <br /> <br /> The proposed development program is divided into three time frames; <br /> .immediate, intermediate and long-range.
