Hr. Gardner Gidle[will be attendin~g <br /> your February monthly meeting to ~these recommendations in an <br /> oral presentation. The recommendations were presented to the Park <br /> and Recreation Advisor~ Commission in Jan~Z.~ approved una-nimousl~y. <br /> <br /> The proposed development program is divided into three time frames; <br /> .immediate, intermediate and long-range.
