EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> Attached to and mede part Of Sewer Line Easement <br /> from Cabarrus County to Philip Morris and Board <br /> of Light and Water Commissioners. <br /> <br /> Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying <br /> .and being in Township # 2, Cabarrus CounTy, North Carolina, <br /> being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> A perma6ent right-of-way area uniformly 20 feet in <br /> <br />width, extending along either side of the hereinafter described <br />surve~ line with the respective widths as indicated, together <br />with a temporary construction right-of-way area uniformly 40 <br />feet in width including the permanent right-of-way area and <br />extending along either side of the same described survey <br />line with the respective widths as indicated. The said <br />survey line and the widths and margins of the easement are <br />shown on that certain map entitled "Philip Morris USA Sewer <br />Line" dated February 12, ~980 prepared by Thomas W. Harris, <br />R.L.S. and recorded i~ Plat Book at Page in the <br />Cabarrus County Public Registry with the survey line being <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point in the centerline of Union <br /> Cemetery Road (State Road ~ 1375) where said centerline <br /> is intersected by an imaginary line which is parallel <br /> to and 8 feet northwesterly from the existing northerly <br /> margin of a Duke Power Company transmission line right- <br /> of-way, said point of beginning also being located in <br /> an easterly boundary line of the property of Phiiip <br /> Morris, Incorporated as shown on a map thereof recorded <br /> in Plat Book 18 at Page 36 in the Cabarrus County <br /> Public Registry, reference to which is hereby made, <br /> said beginning point also being located according to <br /> Philip Morris Plant G~id System at grid coordinates N = <br /> 601,441.25 and E = 1,520,729.39 and runs thence N. 51- <br /> 55-52 E. 30.27 feet to a point in the northeasterly <br /> right-of-way margin of Union Cemetery Road; thence <br /> continuing N. 51-55-52 E. 638.91 feet to a point in the <br /> westerly right-of-way margin of U.S. Highway 601 Bypass <br /> at a point known as North Carolina proposed Station <br /> 30+30.5 in State Project Number 8.16193; thence N. 51- <br /> 55-52' E. 103.86 feet to a point in the planned centerline <br /> of U.S. Highway 601 Bypass (N.C.
