EXHIBIT "A" Attached to and mede part Of Sewer Line Easement from Cabarrus County to Philip Morris and Board of Light and Water Commissioners. Being all that certain tract or parcel of land lying .and being in Township # 2, Cabarrus CounTy, North Carolina, being more particularly described as follows: A perma6ent right-of-way area uniformly 20 feet in width, extending along either side of the hereinafter described surve~ line with the respective widths as indicated, together with a temporary construction right-of-way area uniformly 40 feet in width including the permanent right-of-way area and extending along either side of the same described survey line with the respective widths as indicated. The said survey line and the widths and margins of the easement are shown on that certain map entitled "Philip Morris USA Sewer Line" dated February 12, ~980 prepared by Thomas W. Harris, R.L.S. and recorded i~ Plat Book at Page in the Cabarrus County Public Registry with the survey line being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Union Cemetery Road (State Road ~ 1375) where said centerline is intersected by an imaginary line which is parallel to and 8 feet northwesterly from the existing northerly margin of a Duke Power Company transmission line right- of-way, said point of beginning also being located in an easterly boundary line of the property of Phiiip Morris, Incorporated as shown on a map thereof recorded in Plat Book 18 at Page 36 in the Cabarrus County Public Registry, reference to which is hereby made, said beginning point also being located according to Philip Morris Plant G~id System at grid coordinates N = 601,441.25 and E = 1,520,729.39 and runs thence N. 51- 55-52 E. 30.27 feet to a point in the northeasterly right-of-way margin of Union Cemetery Road; thence continuing N. 51-55-52 E. 638.91 feet to a point in the westerly right-of-way margin of U.S. Highway 601 Bypass at a point known as North Carolina proposed Station 30+30.5 in State Project Number 8.16193; thence N. 51- 55-52' E. 103.86 feet to a point in the planned centerline of U.S. Highway 601 Bypass (N.C. State Station 30+67.1);
