Pleasant FROM: Board of Eight and Water Commissioners We are transmitting herewith one complete set - Volumes I thru 5 of the revised 201 Facility Plan. We have been informed by EPA in Atlanta that the letter of negative declaration (certification) has been written by EPA; however, it has not been received as of this date. Among the massive lists of final bits of information, authentici~ty of cost figures, etc., there is to be submitted by us a letter from each of the corpo~ration and public bodies addressed in this communication stating that the entire document has been reviewed by that particular body. We respecttully request that this review 6e made as soon as ~)ossible and a letter forwarded to us by April 10, 1980. There is to be a final Public Hearing on this document on April 24th, and the proceedings of this hearing to be filed in the summary section of this 201 Plan. As far as we can determine, this is the only addition required to this document. We are furnishing one (1) set of the Plan to each of the participating parties at this time. Please advise immediately if you desire more copies. The 201 completion is a milestone in dealing with the EPA. It has been a very difficult and perplexing job to attain the progress that has been made.
