RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO IMPLEMENTATION <br /> OF 20] FACILITIES PLAN FOR <br /> CONCORD-CABARRUS 20] PLANNING AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Cabarrus has heretofore agreed to cooperate <br />and participate with the City of Concord, the Town of Harrisburg and the <br />Town of Mount Pleasant in the preparation of a "Section 201 Facilities <br />Plan" as required by Public Law 92-500, and in conformity with Federal <br />Regulations governing facilities planning, and for the purpose of Federal <br />grant-in-aid assistance such planning is a prereq uisite; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 201 Facilities Plan has been completed and reviewed by <br />Cabarrus ~ounty. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Cabarrus does <br />hereby accept and agree to the implementation of the "Section 201 <br />Facilities Plan" as required by Public Law 92-S00, and in conformity with <br />Section 3S.917-6 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Construction <br />Grants for Waste Treatment Works. <br /> <br /> 2 Furthermore, that the Board of Commissioners of the County <br />of Cabarrus does hereby accept and agree to the 20] plan conclusions and <br />recommendations as stated in Chapter VIII-A pages I and 2 of Volume I of <br />the Greater Concord-Cabarrus 201 Facilities Plan. <br /> <br /> Adopted this the __ day of , 19 at <br /> <br /> Troy Ray Cook, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />
