Detail Explanation of Parcel Identification Systema: Cabarrus County h~p~reated a Data Processing Department to enhance the County operation. The computerized tax billing system for this is one that few counties have. We have a on-line collection and are working from a batch to an on-line sys- tem for the Tax Supervisor. We are improving the accuracy and speed of information that is being required from tax payers and Counuy departments. Data processing ~as created a small data base from which it can perform its job. There is additional space for information to Complement existing computer files. The following is a sample of our ~eal property screen.
