Termination. <br /> <br /> a. This agreement shall.continue until the end of <br /> <br /> the term or upon breach of the agreement by.the County. <br /> <br /> b. Upon termination of this agreement, the County <br /> shall return ~o the Board all items of equipment leased <br /> hereunder in the same condition as when acquired, <br /> ordinary wear and tear excepted. <br /> <br /> 7. Benefits.
