9. I~formation and Reuor[s. The Consultan[ shall, at such ~ime.and in such ~orm as the County may requi~e, furnish such ueriodic 'reports con- c~rning' the status of the project, such statemenEa, c~r=ificates, ~ppro- vals, and copies of proposed and executed p]ans and claims and other formation relative to the project as mag be requested by the County. The Consultant shall furnish the County, upon request, with copies of all doc- uments ~nd other materials prepared or developed in relation with, or as part of the project. Copies of working papers prepared in conjunction with the cost allocation plan may be turned over ~o the County for safekeeping if requested. lO. Consultant Liabilitu If Audltedl The Consultant will assume all financial and statistical information provided to the Consultant by County emplogees or representatives is accurate and complete. Any subsequent dis- allowance of funds paid to the COUNT9 under the plan ~s the sole responsi- bilit~ of the County. However, where a disallowance had an impact on the fee computation, the computation will be recalculated and any unearned portion of the fee will be returned to the client. Additionally, the Con- sultant will provide assistance to the County should an audit be under- taken of County indirect cos[s. ll.
