The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North <br /> <br />Carolina, met in regular session in Concord, North CarOlina, at <br /> <br /> o'cloqk a4m. on the __ day of , 19 <br /> Present: <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br /> B. S. Brown~ Jr., representing the KannaPolis Sanitary DiStrict~ <br />presented the following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF <br /> <br />CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> <br />Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That on June 20, 1980, a resolution was received ~rom <br /> <br />the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District relating <br /> <br />to the annexation of territory to the Kannapolis Sanitary D~stric~. <br /> <br /> (b) That the territory described in the petition consists of the <br /> property of Cabarrus Shrine Club, Incorporated. <br /> <br /> (c) That the petition was ~igned by all proper~y owners w~thin the <br /> <br />area requested to be annexed. <br /> <br /> (d) That said petition requests that all necessary action required <br /> <br />by Article 12 o~ Chapter 130 of the General Statu~es of North Carolina <br />for ~he extension of the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br />be taken so as to annex the territory described in the petition unto the <br />Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (e) That it is for the best internist of the Kannapolis Sanita?y <br />District an~ the~ter~i~ory requested to be annexed unto the K~nnapolis <br />sanitary District that'said territdry be included Within the boundaries <br />of the Kannapolis Sanitary DiStrict and receive the services of the <br />Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> section 2.
