This vacancy was created by the presumed resignation of <br /> Winntfred Taylor according to Section IV of Article VI of the ETAC Policy <br /> Guidelines - "A member who has missed three consecutive regular meetings shall <br /> be presumed to have resigned". <br /> <br /> The term for this "at large" representative would expire in September, 1981. <br /> <br /> Please ask the County Commissioners to give consideration to this matter as soon <br /> as possible and submit your nomination to A.
