McGinnis <br /> Cabarrus County Mahager <br /> Post Office Box 707 <br /> Concord, North Carolina 28025 <br /> <br /> Re: A Letner from the residents of Unity <br /> Lane in Freedom Acres subdivision <br /> <br />Dear Charles: <br /> <br /> In reference to a request of the Board of County <br />Commissioners in their June 9th meeting to respond to a <br />letter from the residents of Unity Lane in the Freedom Acres <br />subdivision, please convey the following informJtion to the <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br /> As per a telephone conversation with Mr. Raiford <br />Troutman, the developer of Freedom Acres, on May 6, 1980; he <br />stated that the paving of Unity Lane would be completed by <br />June 30, 1980. Mr. Troutman also confirmed this date to the <br />Planning Board at their May 14th meeting during a discussion <br />of subdivision status reports. <br /> <br /> If further information is required, please advise. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> W.
