Members are <br /> appointed for three year terms. <br /> <br /> The term of Mr. Bud Richards, Emergency Services Director, Cabarrus County, <br /> expired on June 30, 1980. <br /> <br /> We respectfully request that the Board of County Commissioners consider nom- <br /> inating an individual to replace Mr. Richards. In accord with our By-laws, <br /> appointments are made by the Chairman of COG upon nomination from the Board <br /> of Commissioners.
