Jones <br />Street, Raleigh, North Carolina on or before July 30th. Fail are to submit this certification <br />along.with a complete roster will result iq the loss of the death benefit provided I:~ the State. <br /> <br /> CERTIF1 CATION <br /> <br /> ~/e, the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />in our capacity as the governing body of the 0del l Fire Depart- <br />ment, certify that we have examined and find that attached roster is a lrae and accurate list of <br />all active firemen* of the Ode] ] Fire Department, <br />City of County of. Cabarrus <br />North Carolina.
