McGinnis <br /> County Manager <br /> Cabarrus County Courthouse <br /> Concord, North Carolina 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. McGinnis: <br /> <br /> We are pleased to announce that Cabarrus County has been <br /> awarded $12,000 in matching funds under the North Carolina <br /> Lands Records Management Program. <br /> <br /> Your application requesting funds defined a program of <br /> land records improvement that will benefit the county's <br /> operation and your taxpayers. <br /> <br /> Within the next few weeks you will receive an agreement <br /> to review and sign. This agreement states the rules and <br /> regulations that govern the funding of your project and <br /> when signed by the proper county officials, will indicate <br /> formal acceptance of the grant award.
