It will take at least one.month to get the A, C, D and F <br /> facilities functioning together. At least 6 months should be allowed to <br /> smooth out the operation in order to consistaotly achieve satisfactory efflu- <br /> ent limits. <br /> <br /> The effluent limits will also depend upon being able to operate the Ozone <br /> <br /> · system. The ozone system function depends upon the foam removal unit being <br /> operational. <br /> <br /> The disbursement requirements tabulated above are estimates and are not <br /> guaranteed. Also, the scheduled completion dates are not guaranteed.
