During tile next two years,
1980-1982, working with the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association,
we plan to have trained a total of 5% of the ~egion F population in CPR.
1980-81 we plan to train the first 2%, approximately 19,000 persons. In Cabarrusl
County the 2% goal is 1,600 people.

The Cabarrus Citizen CPR Committee is beginning its program with two classes in
CPR. The first class, a Basic Life Saving CPR program, will be held in the
Harrisburg area November or early December.
